Having worked in the shoe business for many years, Marty always desired to own his own store. With the help of his JCBD mentor, he has turned his dream into a business plan and a reality. In his store, Marty.s mission is to provide comfort footwear for women and he has developed a niche target market. Meet Jules Shavitz, our mentor of the year. Jules is ever ready to assist his clients with their questions. Retired from his family's furniture business after forty-two years, Jules uses all of his business skills and experience as he mentors those with whom he works. Whether it's assistance in writing a business plan, helping to market a product, or merely acting as a sounding board this mentor is readily available.
